In Villainous, each player takes control of one of the six Disney characters, each being a villain in a different Disney movie. Each player has his own game of villains, his game of destiny, his game board and his character in 3D.
During a turn, the active player moves his character to a different location on his game board, performs one or more of the actions visible in that space (often by playing cards from his hand), and then reloads his hand in four cards. Maps are allies, objects, effects, conditions and (for some characters) curses. You must use your cards to fulfill your unique victory requirement.
One of the actions allows you to choose another player, draw two cards from that player's fate card game, and then play one on that player's game board, covering two of the four action spaces on one of that player's locations. The card game of fate contains heroes, objects and effects from this villain's movie, and these cards allow other players to play with that particular villain.
