Shipping policy

Delivery terms

All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes and shipping costs. At the time of order processing, taxes and shipping costs will be added. Orders are shipped to the address indicated by you at the time of payment of the order no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order. For delivery outside of Canada, all other costs such as customs clearance, duty and excise taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change carriers at our discretion. All orders are subject to product availability. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, if an item is sold out when you place your order, we will let you know and refund to the original payment method.

Please note that the delivery time may be longer during the holiday season.

 

Delivery in Canada

Orders are shipped by Canada Post by Standard Parcel™, delivery time is estimated at 6 business days.

Delivery in Quebec and Ontario is free for any purchase over $60 before taxes. For purchases under $60 before taxes, a $10 delivery charge will be added.

Delivery to other Canadian provinces is free for all purchases over $75 before taxes. For purchases under $75 before taxes, a $10 delivery charge will be added.

The delivery in Yukon, Nunavut and other territories is  $25. There is no free delivery offered for these territories.

Shipping to USA

Delivery to the United States will be made through Canada Post or FedEX. A flat fee of $25 will be applied to the order.
