Onitama is an abstract two-player strategy game where players play the role of a master, guiding their monk followers, trying to defeat your opponent armed with only a handful of moves, your cunning and your intelligence!
Onitama is the new game from the Dice Tower Essential line; games loved and adored by renowned critic Tom Vasel, which he says are essential to each player's collection.
In Onitama, players will compete to capture their opponent's master or cross their master across the board to the starting position of their opponent's master to win the game.
To do this, you will be armed with a handful of special and ancient maneuvers, presented on beautiful Tarot-sized maps, that manipulate the battlefield to your advantage.
Will you use the Dragon to dominate your opponent, the Horse to outwit them or the Cobra to strike fast?
