This game consists of three dice and a set of poker chips. Each player starts with three chips and in turn, one player rolls the three dice. For every "L" thrown, they give a chip to the player on their left. For every "R" thrown, they give a chip to the right player. For every "C" they get, they place a token in the middle of the table. For every point you get, nothing happens. The dice are then passed to the next player (clockwise). If, at some point, only one player has all the chips, that player wins the game.
