You and your partner are on a secret mission to an overcrowded city. Your objective: contact 15 agents while avoiding a gang of enemy assassins.
You know which agents your partner can safely contact. Your partner knows which agents you can safely contact. By giving each other clues to a word that can point several words at the board, you try to find all the agents before the end of your turn.
Codenames: Duet includes 400 new words, so you don't need any other Codenames games to play. On the other hand, if you have the original code names, you can use the word cards of both games interchangeably.
