The island of Catania is experiencing a new boom. Cities are prosperous and can now aspire to be elevated to the rank of metropolises. Resources have become increasingly refined and are used in the construction of large buildings such as town halls, libraries and cathedrals. A real race for progress is underway! But a dark fate awaits the peaceful life of the inhabitants... Barbarian savages coveting the island's riches have already set sail for Catania. Fortunately, the occupants were warned in advance and prepared to bravely resist the invasion. Thus, to defend themselves, they recruit knights who will fight together against the invader. If they succeed in their mission, the most valiant of them will be covered in glory. But if they fail, the whole population will suffer because the cities will be plundered.
This extension brings a new dimension to the basic game. In addition to competing with each other for the development of their cities, players must now join forces and join forces to repel a common enemy.
