Rail Raiders: Germany is a standalone game from the Raiders of Rail series. During the game, players collect cards in order to then claim routes on the game board between two cities. Ideally, players create a network of routes that connect cities on their secret ticket cards. Players score points both to claim routes and to complete tickets, with incomplete tickets counting against a player's score.
In addition to scoring points for tickets, each time a player places an itinerary on the board, he asks for a passenger from the two cities that form the final points for that route (assuming passengers have not already been claimed). At the end of the game, the one with the most passengers in each of the six colors scores 20 points for that color; the one who has the second passenger in a color scores 10 points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins.
