The extension consists of 24 leader tokens that are neither a race nor a power. When you choose a new breed, you can choose to take its leader. The leader acts as an extra running token. The leader, however, disappears as soon as the race is in decline. Moreover, the leader is courageous, which means that he can only stay in areas that are not safe.
