Description
The F-117 is a twin-engine stealth attack aircraft of the USAF that was developed in Lockheed's secretive Skunk Works division. It was the first operational aircraft designed around stealth technology. The F-117 is well known for its role in the Persian Gulf War and remained in service until 2008, when it was replaced by the F-22 Raptor.
