The Inns and Cathedrals expansion offers new ways to shape the medieval campaign of Carcassonne. The land tiles feature two new buildings that open up additional ways to score points. Build imposing cathedrals to increase the value of your cities or construct humble inns along your roads to double the value of your robbers. Beware! An incomplete element that uses an inn or a cathedral will not score any points!
-Clever follower placement is one of the features of Carcassonne, and Inns & Cathedrals adds an extra layer to this with the large follower type meeple.
-The game includes elements allowing a sixth player to join the adventure, as well as Point tiles to help everyone keep score.
