War has no end. Its victims number in the thousands and every day we lose hope, little by little. Food is scarce and our shelter is collapsing - and yet we continue to struggle.
New faces can be seen in the city: friendly at the makeshift market or in nearby houses, the hostile ones at night with blinding flashlights and clubs and knives. We are looking for new ways to travel through the ruins - sometimes even underground - just to avoid sniper fire and loot anything of value. It is never much, but we continue to struggle. We have no other choice.
Tales from the Ruined City is the first expansion of This War of Mine: The Board Game, a story-rich survival game in a war-torn city.
