Dumb debates are based on a Machiavellian principle: everyone asks a question whose answer is YES or NO to divide the other players, because the less they agree, the more it pays! A fast and crazy game, ideal for large groups!
Dumb debates is played in one round and one final. For the round, everyone takes a card with 4 keywords and imagines a question whose answer is YES or NO, using 2 words of his card, e.g.: Is a finger enough for a caress?
A first player asks his question, then the other players answer, at the same time, with their thumbs up - yes, down - no!
The player scores as many points as he gets minority answers.
For example, in a 5-player game, if the other 4 respond the same, it has 0 points; if 3 answer yes (or no) and 1 answers the opposite, it has 1 point; if there is a yes/no tie, it has 2 points.
The player who achieved (or equalized last) the best score of the round becomes Petit Tyran and launches the fiIt's. He divides the players into two camps and asks a question that he chooses in the anti-dryers. A representative from each side is appointed to answer... If their thumbs go in opposite directions, little Tyran becomes Grand Tyran! But... if their thumbs go in the same direction, the Tyran is overthrown and the people have won!
