In the game Traitors Aboard!, at the start of the game, you secretly discover whether you are a pirate or a traitor (mutineer). In turn, contribute to filling the chest or throw a wrench in the crew's plans. Pirates win the game if they manage to fill the chest sufficiently or if they manage to throw all the mutineers overboard. Mutineers win the game if they manage to prevent the crew from collecting enough or if they manage to throw enough pirates overboard.
Heated discussions, pointed questions and information sharing are at the heart of the game, which resides in the interaction between players and communication. Will you succeed in identifying your (true) allies and your (false) friends? Or will you have the guts to commit treason? Throughout the game, be sure to constantly discuss, question, and share information (true or false), including about the cards you have in hand (without ever showing them), with the other players in order to coordinate or betray them at the right moment.
And don't hesitate to use the Object cards aboard the ship tactically to ensure your victory. And beware, because time is running out and innocent people might be pushed overboard…
