"Memories of Venice" is a board game where you roll dice and move your gondola through Venice in search of souvenirs. Among the 6 different types, you must buy and bring back the rarest ones, but you need to collect enough for 3 people. Be careful though: if you don't return to the airport before all the tiles are turned over, time is up and the plane takes off. And that's when the pigeon seed seller appears out of nowhere and disrupts your plans! With rules adapted for all ages, explore the canals of Venice in this fast-paced and challenging game!
Roll the dice and move your gondola over the tiles arranged on the table. You can buy souvenirs on adjacent tiles. Tiles will be easier to collect as they are turned over, but you must return to the airport before everything is turned over!
The 6 types of souvenirs you can buy in Venice are: "Venetian Glass", "Venetian Mask", "Leather Goods", "Gondolier Shirt", "Squid Ink Pasta", and "Refrigerator Magnet".
These souvenirs must be collected in groups of 3 to score points. The difficulty lies in the reduced number of high-value souvenirs, making them harder to obtain.
If you land on the "Pigeon Seed Seller" space, you will have to exchange one of your carefully chosen souvenirs with the neighboring player! Whether you try to anticipate their arrival or rush to the airport, players' strategies promise to be exciting!
By aligning the tiles, you can recreate the city of Venice. On the back of the tiles are various charming souvenirs, such as "Venetian glass" and "squid ink pasta." The game also contains interesting elements, such as a special die and gondola-shaped wooden pieces.
