Who will make the best woodland soup?
Everyone knows that raccoons like to make soups. That's why they dip their ingredients in puddles! But since they introduced their technique to other animals, everyone is trying to create the best recipe in the forest. The problem is, they all cook in the same pot...
In this game, what is called a "trick" does not correspond to the classic definition. Here, a trick can contain a different number of cards than the number of players: it is in fact all the cards played until a player collects them, i.e., until the pot is full. A hand refers to all the tricks played with the cards dealt to the players.
The first card played in a trick can be of any suit; this suit becomes the lead suit for the rest of the trick. If the lead suit is not available, a card of any suit can be played. However, if a junk card is played during the trick, consider that there is no longer a lead suit! These cards degrade the taste of the soup, regardless of the ingredients added afterwards...
In each round, the objectives and methods of each player are different. You can choose to sabotage others' soup or to get the most points by improving your own soup. The tactic lies in choosing the right strategy.
