City rats, evil rats? Welcome to our beautiful town of Hamelin! Discover our inns, our monuments, and our... Rats! Yes... Hamelin is overrun with these cursed rodents, and only the mysterious Pied Piper can help us! Each player embodies an inhabitant of Hamelin who tries to get rid of the rats by sending them to their neighbors. When too many rats have settled in a house, its occupants leave it, desperate! The winner is the one who stays home the longest! Game principle: In front of you are 4 character cards. In turn, and following the direction of the green arrows, place two Action cards under two different characters. Then replenish your hand (of 4 cards) from the draw pile. When 2 Action cards are placed under a Character card, its figurine is activated, and the indicated actions are resolved. When rats move into a house, they increase its threat level. Be clever, activate characters to your advantage, send rats to your opponents' houses, or make them go under yours using the sewers. You can also invite the Pied Piper to your home to reduce your house's threat level. The game ends when only two players remain in the game. The winner among the 2 remaining players is the one whose Rat counter is at the lowest level.
