Dominating a forgotten village, the remains of a forgotten cathedral stand. On cloudy nights like this one, only a few candlelights illuminate the deserted paths, bringing a little warmth to its five sole inhabitants: Parm, Brie, Gouda, Jaq and Colby.
With only the embers for shelter from the darkness, the humming wind slips between the benches, stirring the fears of our five little mice. Terrifying specters of carnivorous creatures haunt their dreams. Images of cat claws, glistening snake fangs, and menacing owl eyes lurk in the recesses of their minds.
Will their fears plunge them into a restless sleep, or will they manage to shake off these horrible nightmares? Be the first mouse to wake up and grab as much cheese as possible from the kitchen. First come, first served!
Haunted Mouse is a climbing and molting game where mice can not only get rid of their own fears (represented by cards), but also those of others! After all, why bother getting rid of your fears when your opponents can do it for you? The faster you get rid of all your fears, the more cheese you earn! The first mouse to fill its cheese wheel wins the game and will never go hungry again!
