Château Combo is a tableau-building game whose simplicity is matched only by its richness, providing a very rewarding experience! Each turn, you simply recruit a character to add to your tableau, but this very simple action involves many important decisions:
You need to manage your Keys to influence the Messenger pawn at opportune moments, as it determines which characters can be recruited.
Manage your gold stash to be able to pay the cost of the characters you are interested in throughout the game.
Carefully choose your characters to optimize both the effect they trigger upon purchase and the points they will earn you at the end of the game.
Finally, judiciously place these characters in your 3x3 tableau to get the most out of them.
