Cascadia is a tile-laying and token-drafting game featuring the habitats and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest. Over the course of the game, players build their own land area and populate it with available wildlife.
Players must create a diverse and harmonious ecosystem, as each species has habitat preferences, and each habitat must be placed judiciously to reduce fragmentation and score as many points as possible. Cascadia offers a two-part puzzle that evolves over time as habitats and wildlife are added to each player's ecosystem.
Players score points by creating the most harmonious, but also the largest, wildlife areas.
