Bananagrams is a fast and fun word game that requires no pencil, paper, or board. The tiles come in a banana-shaped fabric carrying pouch. A hand can be played in just five minutes. A bit like the game Pick Two! but without the letter values.
Using a selection of 144 plastic letter tiles in the English edition, each player works independently to create their own crossword puzzle faster than their opponents. When a player runs out of all their letters, all other players take a new tile from the pool. The goal of the game is to be the first to fill a word grid after the tile "bunch" has been depleted.
Variations are included in the instructions, such as Banana Smoothie and Banana Cafe for limited skills or places with limited space, and the game can be played solo.
