Waves of cold salt crash upon the New England coast, and a thick fog settles over the bay, obscuring the small fishing hamlets nestled in the gloom. Dark things slither along the shore, strange lights glide beneath the Atlantic's surface, and pale villagers disappear with unsettling regularity.
Under Dark Waves is a new large expansion for Arkham Horror, allowing you to take your investigations beyond the city of Arkham to other unfortunate towns in Massachusetts. Two new double-sided tiles bring Kingsport and Innsmouth to life, while eight more investigators arrive to join your party, ranging from a hobo like "Ashcan" Pete to a postal worker like Stella Clark. These investigators will have their work cut out for them with four entirely new scenarios that will confront them with the horrors lurking beneath the ocean waves. With over 150 encounter and event cards, as well as new assets, monsters, conditions, and the terror mechanic, Under Dark Waves boasts a vast underwater treasure, drawing you into some of the most fascinating tales of the Cthulhu Mythos.
