Age of Innovation is a standalone game set in the Terra Mystica universe.
Twelve factions, each with unique characteristics, inhabit this world of varied terrains. Here, you will compete to build structures and cluster them into cities. Each game allows you to create new combinations of factions, home countries, and abilities, ensuring that games are always different.
You control one of these factions and attempt to transform your part of the land into a great city. The proximity of other factions can limit your expansion, but it also gives you significant in-game advantages. This tension adds to the appeal of the Terra Mystica series.
Upgrade your buildings to obtain valuable resources such as tools, scholars, money, and power. Build schools to advance in different sciences and collect books that you can use to innovate. Build your palace to gain a powerful new ability or construct workshops, guilds, and universities to complete your culture.
