The souk is buzzing: it's the big day for the carpet market! The most skilled merchant will soon be crowned!
Each player is a merchant trying to outdo the others. In turn, each one rolls the dice then moves Assam, the auction organizer. If Assam stops on an opposing carpet, the merchant must pay a tithe to its owner before placing one of their carpets on an adjacent space.
When the last carpet is laid, the visible carpets and the sum held by each merchant are tallied: the best wins!
