Humanity, long confined to land and sea travel, sees the greatest minds of Eastern Europe give birth to a new technology: airships. These steam-powered behemoths sail freely through the skies, alternating between combat and innovation, supporting the expansion of their respective empires. As the years passed, the world eventually admitted that no faction would definitively gain the upper hand for a long time.
In the hope of easing conflicts, the leaders of Europe decide to meet annually to announce a new way to resolve disputes. This Scythe expansion adds two new modules that can be played together or separately, regardless of the number of players, with or without other expansions. These modules offer more strategic options.
