Description
IMPORTANT: The Red Dragon Inn Base Game is required to play with this expansion.
- Game in English
- Number of players: 2 - 4
- Duration: 30 - 60 min
- Suggested Age: 13+
You’ve spent all day dealing with pesky adventurers who killed your monsters and took your stuff. Now, it’s high time you relaxed for an evening at the Black Dragon Depths—the Red Dragon Inn’s counterpart in the subterranean city. And wouldn't you know it, your evil "arch-colleagues" had the same idea!
Drink, gamble, and party with your friends. Just make sure you keep an eye on your gold, because your table-mates will try to take it, and if you run out, you'll be spending the night wandering the dungeon. Oh…and try not to get too beaten up or too drunk, because those cutthroats won’t hesitate to continue the party without you—after looting your body for gold, of course!
This standalone game is fully compatible with all other Red Dragon Inn expansions. In addition, it includes rules and components for the following game mode variants:
- Dungeon Events: The new Dungeon Events deck adds new wacky events that are sure to spice up your stay at the tavern, or kill you trying!
- Boss Battle: Choose a villain, pump up their power level with Boss cards, then play in this ruthless all-versus-one mode!
- Team Games: In addition to Boss Battle, this game includes rules for other team variants, including Two-Headed Dragon and Leaders and Lackeys.
Daareka the Brain Basher
Daareka earned her title by smashing the minds of “lesser creatures”—her term for “everyone else but me.” She insists that you’re having a good time, even if you’ve paid for all her drinks and haven’t won a single card game yet. And anyway, it was your idea to come to the tavern tonight… right?
The Bad: This femme fatale makes sure you’re making all the right life choices.
The Worse: She’s making those choices for you.
Baron von Vlazlo
Vlazlo is an ancient vampire—a super-strong, bloodthirsty shapeshifter. However, he also has a sharp wit and jovial nature that make him the captivating interloper at the party! Avoid his friendly charm, or you might find yourself a pint or two down!
The Bad: He’s not looking for a pint of ale.
The Worse: “Don’t worry. It’s just a nibble.”
Amundyr the Accursed
Amundyr’s mummification curse is the result of a desperate—but successful—effort to defend the ancient world against a never-ending flood of demons and dragons. Now, she tends to the far more mundane task of defending her tomb’s treasures against a never-ending flood of annoying adventurers.
The Bad: Her pet scarabs help her deal with those dungeon-greedy adventurers.
The Worse: Those scarabs can give you a nasty case of mummy rot.
Torglesnarf Duncleton, First of His Name
The self-proclaimed “King of all Goblins,” Torglesnarf rules his comparatively minor clan with the iron fist of the minions he generously pays to ensure no one else more qualified takes his throne.
The Bad: Torglesnarf isn’t particularly intimidating or powerful.
The Worse: He is, however, clever enough to hire thugs who are!
