Brewin' USA is a thematic Eurogame where players control a fledgling brewery at the start of the craft beer revolution. Players will need to gather key ingredients, release a line of "liquid gold" craft beer products, and strategically compete for regional control across the country.

A round of play includes three phases: Ingredient Auction, Releasing Beers, and Resolving any Brewfests. During the auction phase, players compete for ingredient cards needed to release their beer through a turn-based bidding system. All submitted bids are then turned into craft beer "market demand" which is dispersed at the players' discretion, making each game unique and providing many interesting decisions. Each beer card features an ingredient recipe that needs to be satisfied before the beer can be brewed and one of six different beer styles that adapt better to certain cities, which will be instrumental in competing for regional control. When a player brews a beer, they must choose to control an open city or challenge a controlled city to a Brewfest where the winner of the Brewfest will control the city. If a player controls the most cities in a region at the end of the game, they then control the region. The game ends when the first player brews three beers, and points are then tallied by counting beer quality and reputation across the cities and regions you control.

Brewin' USA aims to provide a fast-paced strategic Euro experience combined with a highly accessible theme and thrives on player interaction. The game revolves around beer coaster tiles that offer fun new mechanics and components, including 105 bottle caps to use for money and victory points. Player interaction is the result of the Brewfest event, which moves us forward as players develop their lines of craft beers and strive to establish their control in the regions.
