Morning in Mumbai: more than 5,000 delivery men dressed in white go out en masse to deliver more than 200,000 "dabbas", multi-tiered lunchboxes, to offices in the Indian metropolis.
These "Dabba Wallas" have been part of the urban landscape since 1890. Freshly prepared food by the family at home is collected at the doorstep by the "Dabba Walla."
The dabbas are delivered punctually to offices, sometimes very distant, via several intermediate stations, with an astonishing reliability of 99.999%.
1) Pick-up Phase - Move your Dabba Walla through Mumbai and collect Dabba cards. You then play one of the three cards in your hand and place the Dabba tile represented on the played card onto your player board. If you connect chai symbols, you will receive additional bonuses!
2) Delivery Phase - You all simultaneously play one card per Dabba tile level. Everyone can benefit, as the card values are added together to determine the tip for the different Dabbas.
