Mancala, a classic and easy-to-learn strategy game, is one of the world's oldest games, still played and enjoyed by families around the globe.
Mancala is a simple, strategic two-player game that involves moving pebbles from one cup to another on the board. Each player chooses a side and places 4 pebbles in each of the 6 closest cups. To play, gather all the pebbles from one of your cups and drop them one by one into each of the next 4 cups. If the last pebble lands in an empty cup on your side, you can take all your opponent's pebbles from the opposite cup and place them in your scoring zone (your Mancala). If the last pebble played lands in your own Mancala, you get another turn. The game continues until all 6 cups on one side of the board are empty.
Each player counts the pebbles in their Mancala. If you have the most pebbles, you win! Children can learn basic math and STEM skills while developing strategic thinking.
